The goal for this project was to design and develop a scalable, user-friendly, streamlined patient discharge platform that could seamlessly integrate with multiple property management systems. The client had a strong operational vision, clearly understanding how the platform should function, including the desired user experience, essential features, and the workflow for both renters and administrators.
